Berry Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie was such a refreshing and relaxing way to start off the weekend! Ingredients: 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 banana (frozen or not) handful of spinach 1/4 cup water chia seeds hemp seeds Directions: Blend all ingredients together! Enjoy 🙂
