Ingredients: 1 frozen banana 1/2 mango 1/2 cup almond milk 1 handful spinach 2 tsp chia seeds 2 tsp hemp hearts 1 tbsp flax seeds Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until fully combined.
