Cacao Banana Shake


Filled with natural protein and fiber to refuel your body after a workout! It also hits that chocolate craving I seem to always have! Enjoy 🙂 

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 1 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 heaping tsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaping tsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or water
  • Optional: maple syrup or honey to sweeten

Directions:

  1. Depending on blender, add liquid closest to blades (first or last) followed or lead by other ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy!
