Protein-Boost Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until fully combined.
