Peanut Butter Granola

  
I always buy this peanut butter granola which I LOVE but like every other food product out there, it’s filled with bad stuff. Why bother buying it when it takes 15 minutes to bake!! This recipe is so delicious and so healthy as well. There is no added sugar, all natural and delicious. 

 The key is to let it sit out for a little once it’s finished to let it harden and get that crunch granola texture.  Enjoy 🙂

Ingredients: (makes 1 cup)

  • 2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp raw honey/ agave 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • Handful of raw peanuts 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 and line pan with parchment paper or foil. 
  2. Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl and microwave for 15-20 seconds then stir. Add vanilla, cinnamon, oats, and peanuts. 
  3. Spread on pan and bake for 10-15 minutes. It’ll come out kind of soft, but let sit for a few minutes to cool and harden.
