Red Quinoa Salad


This salad is filled with so many colours and different flavours. Colours means there are so many different vitamins and nutrients. There is such a mix of ingredients in this salad but they all work together so well!


  • 1 cup red quinoa, 2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cooked sweet potato
  • 1 royal gala apple
  • 1 mango


  1. Cook quinoa and water on high heat until boiling, then keep it covered on simmer until it is ready. (10-15min)
  2. Dice sweet potato, cilantro, apple, and mango
  3. Add everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
