Cleansing My Body

My favourite thing to do when I wake up is have a cup or two of warm lemon juice. Before I do absolutely anything, before breakfast, before starting my day, I will do this. I find this very important to cleanse my body after everything has been sitting for hours in my sleep. It flushes all the toxins away so I can start my day on a clean, healthy slate. Lemon water also neutralizes your bodies pH levels which is very important when maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I believe this is the best way to start a day and encourage everyone to do it.
