Berry Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie was such a refreshing and relaxing way to start off the weekend!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana (frozen or not)
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/4 cup water
  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together! Enjoy 🙂
