Such a wonderful way to start my Monday! This fresh smoothie provides so much flavour and nutrients it was a perfect meal to begin the day with!
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Handful of blueberries
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoon buckwheat
Directions:
- Blend 2 frozen bananas and half of the water together.
- Place in bowl.
- Blend 1 frozen banana, strawberries, and the rest of the water.
- Place in bowl
- Sprinkle with blueberries, chia seed, hemp seed, and buckwheat.
