Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl


Such a wonderful way to start my Monday! This fresh smoothie provides so much flavour and nutrients it was a perfect meal to begin the day with!

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoon buckwheat

Directions:

  1. Blend 2 frozen bananas and half of the water together.
  2. Place in bowl.
  3. Blend 1 frozen banana, strawberries, and the rest of the water.
  4. Place in bowl
  5. Sprinkle with blueberries, chia seed, hemp seed, and buckwheat.
