This green juice is a great way to start a day! Its high in nutrients and will give you enough energy to last the whole day (way better than coffee). This is also a great cleansing juice for those who are looking to cleanse. I drink this any time I need a boost in my life whether it be from exhaustion, stress, or hunger! It’ll meet the needs of all my wishes.
Ingredients:
- 3 stalks of kale
- Handful of spinach
- 1 celery stalk
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped ginger
- 1 banana (optional)
- half of an apple (optional)
- chia seeds, hemp seeds, and buckwheat
Directions:
1. Add kale, spinach, celery, lemon juice, ginger, banana, and apple to blender or juicer.
2. If blending, run though mesh strainer until all pulp is removed.
3. Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, and buckwheat at the end.
4. Drink and feel great!
